Delivery Details
Deliveries can be made to Hilton Adelaide’s loading dock on Tuesday 27 May between the hours of 0800 to 1500.
Goods are not to be delivered to the Concierge Department. Hilton Adelaide will not accept goods prior to Tuesday 27 May, unless there has been prior approval. A storage fee will be charged for any approved items. A delivery has been provided for you and must be attached to each item delivered. Each item must contain state the event name and date along with the number of boxes must be attached to each item.

EXHIBITOR DISPLAY DETAILS
Please email events@intermedia.com.au with your intended stand display & activation plans for approval. This should include demonstration items that you will be providing or that will be set in your activation space, branding stands, furniture, gift bags or other collateral, etc.
All portable electrical equipment, appliances and leads used at the venue must be tested and tagged in accordance with Australian Standard 3760 and Workplace Health & Safety Legislation prior to coming on site. Any electrical equipment found not tested will be removed from the venue. For safety reasons, double adaptors are not to be used in the venue.

Please note that the below list of suppliers are the official and approved Positive Ageing Summit contractors and suppliers. We are aware that other companies have been in touch or will try to contact you, unless they are on the below list, they have not been engaged by us.
Should you wish to arrange your own suppliers, please feel free to do so and let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements.
