2025 Operational Details
The following section outlines your operational information about exhibiting at the Positive Ageing Summit.
Arranging Your Own Deliveries
Deliveries can be made to Hilton Adelaide’s loading dock on Tuesday 27 May between the hours of 0800 to 1500.
Goods are not to be delivered to the Concierge Department. Hilton Adelaide will not accept goods prior to Tuesday 27 May, unless there has been prior approval. A storage fee will be charged for any approved items. A delivery has been provided for you and must be attached to each item delivered. Each item must contain state the event name and date along with the number of boxes must be attached to each item.
We strongly recommend you bring your own trolley.
Please Note: Event deliveries will be accepted from Tuesday 27 May. Please note that the venue does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any materials accepted/stored by the venue. Event items will only be stored for 1 working day after event completion.
Vehicles CANNOT BE LEFT PARKED IN THE LOADING DOCK. Goods must be delivered, and vehicles removed immediately.

Vehicle Access
Delivery vehicles carrying exhibition material may gain access to the Loading Dock via the Grote Street down ramp. No deliveries will be accepted through concierge.

Entry to Loading Dock is located off Grote Street, Enter the driveway just past the Bus Stop W.
- Please note: Truck Clearance – 3.3m high.
- Please note: a 15-minute unloading limit applies to all cars in this area. Vehicles CANNOT BE LEFT PARKED IN THE LOADING DOCK. Goods must be delivered, and vehicles removed immediately.

Freight Forwarding
To assist the smooth delivery of goods to your stand, all deliveries must be clearly marked with the name and date of conference and labelled with the Delivery Label (Delivery Label here TBC).
Please Note: The venue will not sign any consignment notes nor will the venue be responsible for goods being labelled incorrectly.

Collections
Courier companies should be instructed to pick up directly from your stand or the loading dock on Thursday 29 May from 16:30. Any items not collected or packed up will be disposed of.
