Continence Health Australia is the national not-for-profit organisation promoting bladder and bowel control health.  

Our purpose is to improve continence health for people of all ages in Australia, by providing trusted information, advocate for better policies and help normalise conversations about incontinence. 

Our support services include the National Continence Helpline (NCHL) – 1800 33 00 66 Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm (VIC time). This may vary by state due to time zone differences. Staffed by experienced nurse continence specialists, the NCHL provides free, confidential and tailored advice to individuals, carers and health professionals.
