Zachary Bailey

Zachary Bailey is an Adelaide-based technology entrepreneur and community builder focused on improving quality of life for older Australians and people living with disability. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Empathy Studios, the company behind CareWindow and Konnekt—assistive communication technologies now supporting thousands of families across aged care, home care and NDIS settings.

With a background in software engineering, product design and health innovation, Zachary works closely with care providers, clinicians, researchers and families to co-design practical, human-centred technology that actually gets used. His work spans large-scale pilots, research partnerships with universities, and collaborations with forward-thinking care organisations nationwide.

Zachary is a strong advocate for digital inclusion, social connection and evidence-based innovation in ageing. At the Positive Ageing Summit 2026, he will share real-world insights on how simple, well-designed technology can reduce isolation, support carers, and enable ageing with dignity, connection and choice.
