Rachael is a highly experienced, multiple award-winning, CEO and business owner, on a mission to inspire Australians to prioritise social connection as a vital health requirement. 

As CEO of Inclusee, a not-for-profit social prescribing service, Rachael achieved 100% performance of funding agreements and reached capacity for the first time in the organisation’s fifty-year history. Despite leading a fully remote workforce that delivers all services virtually, Rachael’s management team received a 95% approval rating and an amazing 98% staff engagement rating.

Rachael has led major organisational transformations, cultural changes, and capability development to achieve outstanding results that have been recognised by awards such as CEO Magazine, CEO Monthly,Leadership HQ, InnovAGING, Australian Financial Review, iAwards, Qld Community Achievement Awards, APAC, Third Sector and HR Australia. Inclusee was also awarded an Outstanding Culture accreditation with The Leadership Collective.

Her focus on putting people first has created a culture so engaged, her team create new Christmas socks with her face on them every year to thank her for being a wonderful leader.
