Jasmine currently leads the Support at Home Policy and Operations branch, having worked closely on the architecture of the Support at Home program since 2021. Jasmine is responsible for the Support at Home program, including the End of Life and Restorative Care pathways, and the Assistive Technology and Home Modifications Scheme.
