Dr Chris Poulos is a rehabilitation medicine physician with over 35 years of clinical experience across rehabilitation and aged care services, research and teaching. He is currently the Director of the Positive Ageing Research Program at Hammond Innovations, HammondCare, and a Professor (Conjoint) in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of NSW, Australia. Chris has published widely on aspects of rehabilitation and ageing, with a focus on service delivery, dementia reablement, restorative care, carer wellbeing and social prescribing using the Arts on Prescription model. 

Chris is also the Editor and an author of the upcoming book, The Positive Ageing Equation – how to live longer better.
