Deidre McGill is the Chief Operating Officer of Bolton Clarke’s Home and Community Support division.
Bolton Clarke is Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider and the Home and Community Support team is one of the largest community and home care providers in Australia.
Deidre is a visionary leader who has worked nationally and internationally in healthcare and ageing with a focus on achieving the highest level of quality client outcomes through the development of innovative service models and offerings and high-level clinical governance.
She has over 30 years’ experience leading high performing teams through transformational leadership and the development of exceptional care teams with a shared passion for best client outcomes through service innovation. Through her leadership style she is able to motivate others to develop a shared vision for success and excellence to go over and above the expected.
Her formal qualifications include RN, RM, Bachelor of Health Science, Master of Healthcare Management and she is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
