Reablement in Action Tour
From clinical model to real-world impact
This immersive experience showcases reablement embedded in practice across leading South Australian settings. Delegates will visit ACH Glenelg to explore contemporary aged care delivery through a reablement lens, before enjoying a hosted lunch at Glenelg Surf Club. The tour continues with visits to Kieser Glenelg and Adelaide Exercise Physiology, highlighting strength-based rehabilitation, preventative health and the integration of allied health into everyday care models.
Designed for operators, clinical leaders and allied health professionals, this tour delivers practical insights into building independence, mobility and function into service delivery.

Set in the iconic McLaren Vale region, this unique experience blends environment, empathy and executive reflection. Delegates will participate in a structured dementia immersion across d’Arenberg Winery and Mollydooker Winery, with a networking lunch at Swell Brewery in between.
