This hub provides all the key information of Keynote and Panel Speakers.

Panel Sessions

If you are joining as a panel speaker

  • An intro email will be sent by the facilitator to the panel for a briefing time to plan the session.
  • Hand-held mics will be available on the day and already on the stage.
  • As this is a panel, there are no planned presentations, simply a session holding slide.
  • A foldback monitor will be visible from the stage with a timer.

 

Keynote Speakers

As a reminder, please note the following deadlines to provide more information about your session:

  1. Provide production elements and set up requirements including AV – Due 8 May
  • All content to be 16:9 / 1920*1080.

 

    2. Please advise if you would prefer to use either of the following:
  • hand-held microphone
  • microphone with stand
  • lectern microphone or
  • lapel microphone

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply headsets.
