Lorraine Poulos

Lorraine Poulos is the Managing Director of Lorraine Poulos and Associates (LPA), a national consultancy supporting aged care and NDIS providers to strengthen governance, clinical oversight and service delivery. Since 2009, LPA has partnered with government bodies, industry peak organisations and providers to translate regulatory reform into practical, sustainable systems that improve care outcomes.

Lorraine is widely recognised as a subject matter expert in case management and is particularly passionate about its role in restorative care and positive ageing. She champions strengths-based, goal-directed approaches that move beyond maintenance models of care to promote independence, reablement and meaningful participation in later life. Her work focuses on embedding frameworks that support measurable participant outcomes while maintaining regulatory confidence.

In addition to leading LPA, Lorraine serves on not-for-profit aged care boards and previously served for 10 years on the NSW Medical Board, contributing to broader health governance and policy development nationally.
